It is no secret that pornography hurts more than just the viewer.

I have known this truth for a long time. I have seen how exploiting a human being for the benefit of another has drastic, long-lasting effects on the victim. I have seen my loved ones become depressed and even suicidal because of their addiction to pornography.

There are tons of testimonies from consumers, producers, professionals, and porn users’ loved ones and all say the same thing: sexual exploitation is destructive.

The Coalition to End Sexual Exploitation 2014 Summit was a unique event because it gathered leaders from all facets of the anti-sexual exploitation movement together in one room. This allowed many great opportunities for advocates to network, encourage, and connect with each other as well as share their hearts to fight this crisis that is affecting all parts of the world.

The 2014 Coalition Summit was my first experience with Morality in Media, and it was a great experience! Seeing the Morality in Media staff and their vision of the Summit’s purpose was wonderful. Their foundational desire for everyone to work together to fight sexual exploitation is significant.
